Meetingportal24.com handles your personal details confidentially and only makes them available to third parties when this is allowed by the data protection laws or has been authorized by the user.

2. Sending RFPs and booking meeting venues online
After entering your enquiry (RFP) in the system, it will be passed on by e-mail to the venues you have chosen. The venues only have access to the enquiry information, the name of the event and your company name, not to your personal details.
The venues compile a suitable proposal in accordance with your request and their available capacity and send this through the system by e-mail. As soon as a venue has reacted to your RFP, you will automatically receive an e-mail and can see the corresponding messages in the system.
If you decide to book a venue's proposal, a binding contract will be made between you and the venue or supplier. Your personal details will be passed onto the venue following the agreement to book. This gives them the chance of contacting you direct to clarify details.
3. Event mediation
By entering your details in the system and sending off your enquiry (RFP), you are commissioning us to locate event-related services, which are to be carried out by a third party. No costs arise for you in this connection. Moreover you can retract this commission at any time completely free of charge.
4. Restriction of liability
No liability is assumed for the correctness and completeness of data on meetingportal24.com, particularly for mistakes in data collection or data transmission. Neither can any guarantee be offered for the messages and the content of the messages sent by the venues. The venues are responsible both for the content and correctness of any information provided concerning them and for the proper implementation of the accommodation contract which is made directly with the venue.
